After processing, standard delivery time is 3-7 business days for most regions in the United States and 5-10 business days for Canada. Remote areas may require an additional 2-3 business days for delivery. Please note that delivery times are estimated and may be affected by factors such as weather conditions, customs clearance procedures, and peak shopping seasons.
  • Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking number to your registered email address. You can use this tracking number to check the real-time delivery status of your package on our website or through the official website of the logistics carrier (such as USPS, FedEx, UPS for the United States; Canada Post for Canada) . For packages with a declared value exceeding 20 Canadian dollars, additional taxes (GST/HST/PST) and customs duties (depending on the product category) may apply. For shipments to the United States, all applicable customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Beilyrose.com does not bear any customs-related fees. All products (especially lingerie items) will be shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging to ensure that the contents are not visible .   • Lost or Damaged Packages: We work with reputable logistics carriers to ensure the safe delivery of your packages. If your package is lost or damaged during transportation, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. Please note that we are not responsible for package loss or damage caused by incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.
  • Special Notes: Lingerie and underwear are personal hygiene items. For reasons of health and hygiene, once these items are shipped, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or incorrectly shipped .
