Return Eligibility Period: For most apparel items (excluding lingerie and underwear), you may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Returns requested after the 30-day period will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items: Due to health and hygiene concerns, lingerie, underwear, and other贴身 items (intimate apparel) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once shipped, unless they are defective or incorrectly sent by us. Additionally, clearance or final sale items marked as "Non-Returnable" are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item (wrong size, color, or style), please contact our customer service team at service@gfavora.com within 7 days of delivery. You will be required to provide clear photos of the item and the original packaging to verify the issue. Upon confirmation, we will provide a free return label and arrange for a full refund, replacement, or exchange at no additional cost to you.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps: 1. Contact our customer service team at service@gfavora.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. 2. Our team will review your request and, if approved, send a return authorization (RA) number and a pre-paid return label (for eligible defective/incorrect items) to your email. 3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging (if possible) and attach the return label. 4. Ship the package back to the address provided in the return authorization email. Please note that returns without an RA number will not be processed.

Return Shipping Costs: For eligible returns of non-defective items (e.g., change of mind), the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount. For returns due to defective or incorrect items sent by us, we will cover all return shipping costs by providing a pre-paid return label.

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s) (typically within 3-5 business days of delivery to our warehouse), we will confirm that the item meets the return eligibility criteria. A full refund (excluding return shipping costs for non-defective items) will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of inspection. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

Exchange Policy: We currently only offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items. For other eligible items, we recommend initiating a return for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item(s). This ensures that you can receive the new item as quickly as possible, especially if the desired size/color is in limited stock.

International Return Notes (U.S. & Canada): Returns from the United States and Canada must be shipped back to our designated warehouse within 14 days of receiving the return authorization. For Canadian returns, please note that any customs fees or duties incurred during the return process are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Exceptions & Disclaimers: We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria (e.g., used, washed, damaged, or items without original tags). Items returned after the specified eligibility period will be sent back to the customer at their own expense.
